Bristol Upholstered Furniture
Constructed with solid hardwood and hardwood ply CNC puzzle cut interior frames, the Bristol collection of upholstered intensive use furniture is fully modular. The arm/sides, seat/back assembly, and feet completely disassemble for maintenance and repair. The cushions feature high-resiliency foam over arched tempered sinuous springs adding to its comfort and durability. Seat cushions with removable covers are secured in place with elastic straps that disengage for ease of maintenance. Also available with Bio-based foam and Eco-friendly fabrics.
Collegetown Upholstered Furniture
The Collegetown collection of upholstered furniture features puzzle cut interior frames and bolt-on arms. The seat and back are fortified by high-resiliency foam over sinuous wire springs. Seat cushions are loose and semi-attached with elastic and metal “D” hooks, while the back is a tight back design. Seat cushions are reversible and have replaceable covers. All Collegetown pieces have single stitched seams throughout, wood legs that are attached with metal screws, and come available with Eco-friendly fabrics.

University Upholstered Furniture
CSD’s University commercial grade institutional furniture model features bolt-on arms, combined with seat and seat back made with high-resiliency foam over sinuous wire springs. Double-needle stitching is standard on all seams as well as the metal column legs. Options include handle, aluminum cup holder and 12″ diameter self-edged laminate tablet arm. Available with Eco-friendly fabric.

Intensive Use Upholstered, Fabric Lounge Seating and Furniture
This commercial grade heavy duty seating is upholstered and constructed of a combination of kiln dried hardwoods and hardwood plywood. Joints are reinforced with corner blocks and screws at critical stress areas. The seat deck support system consists of 8 gauge regular loop sinuous wire springs. Each sofa and loveseat will have double springs next to the arms to insure even uniform strong support. The seat cushion materials are constructed with a 5 1/2″ – 1.8 pound density, 36lb. polyurethane core wrapped with a 1 1/4 oz. Dacron with ticking.
All “Bio-Flex” – (Earth Friendly) polyurethane filling materials are treated with flame retardant agents to meet Cal Technical Bulletin 117 (fire code). All cushion covers are double stitched adding strength and durability for life and each unit has reversible seat cushions and wooden feet. Available in all fabrics and vinyls with a 10 year frame warranty.
